Research Use Only Statement

All products sold by Research Relay LLC ("Research Relay," "we," "us," or "our") through research-relay.com are intended strictly for research use only (RUO). These products are research chemicals and peptides sold exclusively for use in laboratory research, scientific experimentation, in vitro testing, and other lawful research purposes.

These products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, food additive use, household use, or any therapeutic, diagnostic, or medicinal application.

By purchasing from Research Relay, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Buyer Acknowledgment

  1. Research Purpose Only. You are purchasing this product solely for legitimate research purposes conducted in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

  2. Not for Human or Animal Consumption. You understand and agree that the products offered on this site are not intended for ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, or any other form of administration to humans or animals.

  3. No Therapeutic Claims. Research Relay makes no claims regarding the therapeutic, diagnostic, curative, or preventive properties of any product. No product sold by Research Relay is intended to treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

  4. Qualified Buyer. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have the knowledge, training, and experience necessary to handle research chemicals and peptides safely and in compliance with all applicable regulations.

  1. Compliance with Laws. You agree to use all products in compliance with applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to laboratory safety standards, waste disposal requirements, and any applicable licensing or permitting requirements.

  2. Proper Handling and Storage. You acknowledge that research chemicals and peptides may require specific handling, storage, and disposal procedures. You accept full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, use, and disposal of all products purchased from Research Relay.

  3. Assumption of Risk. You assume all risk and liability associated with the use, handling, storage, and disposal of products purchased from Research Relay. Research Relay shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the misuse, improper handling, or improper storage of any product.

  4. No Resale for Prohibited Purposes. You agree not to resell, distribute, or transfer any product purchased from Research Relay for any purpose inconsistent with this RUO Disclosure, including but not limited to human consumption, veterinary use, or any unapproved application.

By completing this purchase, I confirm that:

Research Relay shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or economic loss.
